This project was SkyCity’s largest investment involving an entire CBD block - 32 000 m2 bounded by Albion House, Nelson House and TVNZ – also St Mathews Church

5 lower Basement levels for parking and 5 Upper levels including Hall 6700m2, meeting 2700m2, Largest theatre holds 2850 people

BSCL engaged to scan all trusses, columns and steel structure of Level 5 as well as services in Basement 1-4

Scanning real time accurate capture of data Processing data and Data import to Autodesk Recap Output highly detailed, survey accurate of all elements to enable assessment for construction.
