Jake is our senior Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with 15 years of experience in a multitude of various surveying and land development projects. He has consulted in a number of urban, rural, and unit title developments throughout Auckland. This was undertaking tasks from purchase feasibility, negotiation of subdivision and other resource consents, civil works design, civil and building set-out, through to the issue of new titles. Jake has overseas experience spending two years working in the United Kingdom.
