FABRIC 
Spring Street, Onehunga 

Project Goal – FABRIC of Onehunga is a new pocket neighbourhood where considered apartment living meets shared green spaces, situated between Victoria Street and Spring Street in one of Auckland’s oldest urban villages. 

Project Parameters – Stage 1 of the project consists of a community of 161 apartments in three buildings over four levels with a common backyard and communal secured basement level car parking for the residents, which spans beneath all three buildings

Project Goal - The James is a five level luxurious 29 Apartment Development with basement car parking and retail stores below.

Location - Newmarket, Auckland
 
Project Parameters - The James is a boutique development of 29 residences, designed mindfully to incorporate form, function, and style.

Services Provided

  • ​Calculation of grid in relation to boundary 

  • Calculation of building in relation to grid 

  • Establishment and maintenance of survey control and setting out of grids 

  • As Built plans of grid setout on concrete slab

Dominion Road , Auckland

Project Goal - Multi level hotel 40 apartments with retail ground level

Project Parameters - The construction of a new boutique hotel in Mount Eden which includes 60 suites, cafe, retail and function spaces, and 15 car parks. Full Subdivision Consent process along with advising the client and completing the Unit Title Surveying.

​Gulf Rise, Red Beach

Project Goal - Gulf Rise is a modern and purpose built Metlifecare retirement village, located in Red Beach, Hibiscus Coast.


Project Parameters - The Gulf Rise, Metlifecare retirement village, upon completion will provide a large variety of different living options, made up of 305 units, to cater for new residents.

Sugartree Apartments
Nelson Street, Auckland City

Project Goal - Sugartree Stages 1 to 3 – 13 Level Apartment Building (total 675).

Location - Auckland CBD

Project Parameters - Stage 1 and 2 of 3 is a 13 Level Apartment Building in Auckland CBD, completed in January 2017.  We are currently working on Stage 3.

Stage 1 includes two levels of basement car parking, 15 retail shops, and 148 apartment units over 10 levels. This is a mixture of Studio, 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom Units. Stage 2 includes 240 apartments and Stage 3 includes 287 apartments. The common courtyard incorporates two water features with landscaped and paved areas.

Project Goal - The Summerset Heritage Park is a modern and purpose built retirement village located in Ellerslie.

Project Parameters - The Summerset Heritage Park retirement village upon completion will provide a large variety of different living options for 450 new residents.
