With over 25 years experience, including 10 years background in the Construction / Contracting industry prior to Surveying, Evan brings practical knowledge to any project and takes pride in assisting stakeholders choose the most effective methods and solutions to get their job done safely, on time, and on budget. Evan is responsible for BSCL Construction Survey team providing Construction setout, As Builts, monitoring, and 3D Scanning including some of Auckland's most complex and iconic large scale commercial building projects.

Jake is our senior Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with 15 years of experience in a multitude of various surveying and land development projects. He has consulted in a number of urban, rural, and unit title developments throughout Auckland. This was undertaking tasks from purchase feasibility, negotiation of subdivision and other resource consents, civil works design, civil and building set-out, through to the issue of new titles. Jake has overseas experience spending two years working in the United Kingdom. Jake focuses on providing practical advice to land owners to maximise their investment potential.

Peter has 22 years experience, including 11 years background in the drainage construction industry for both commercial and domestic drainage. Prior to Civil Engineering, Peter has been part of a large variety of residential and commercial infill developments requiring solutions to a complex range of issues and brings unique skills to our clients' projects from his experience. He has proved this when solving industry related problems when undertaking concept developments, design, and construction monitoring.
