Converting the existing Cross Lease subdivision to two fee simple lots around the existing cross lease dwellings.

Project Parameters

This site has two units held under a cross-lease title configuration. The site is in Devonport and within the heritage overlay. In addition to the Cross Lease Conversion Subdivision, we also achieved Resource Consent for an additional vehicle entrance.
