Commercial Bay is a 39 level tower encompassing commercial space, retail, public space, hospitality, and public transport.

Project Parameters
Commercial Bay is a striking 39 level tower on the former site of the Downtown mall at the foot of Queen Street. The tower's foundations will be dug concurrently with the beginning of the tunnels for Auckland City Rail Link, which will link Britomart and the city centre with the existing western line near Mt Eden.
