Project Goal

FABRIC of Onehunga is a new pocket neighbourhood where considered apartment living meets shared green spaces, situated between Victoria Street and Spring Street in one of Auckland’s oldest urban villages. 

Project Parameters

Stage 1 of the project consists of a community of 161 apartments in three buildings over four levels with a common backyard and communal secured basement level car parking for the residents, which spans beneath all three buildings
