Project Parameters

Stage 1 and 2 of 3 is a 13 Level Apartment Building in Auckland CBD, completed in January 2017.  We are currently working on Stage 3.

Stage 1 includes two levels of basement car parking, 15 retail shops, and 148 apartment units over 10 levels. This is a mixture of Studio, 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom Units. Stage 2 includes 240 apartments and Stage 3 includes 287 apartments. The common courtyard incorporates two water features with landscaped and paved areas.

Services Provided

• Calculation of grid in relation to boundary

• Calculation of building in relation to grid

• Establishment and maintenance of survey control and setting out of grids

• Monitoring movement neighbouring buildings

• As Built plans of grid setout on concrete slab

• Issue of Surveyor Certificates for height and position
