Barry Satchell Consultants provided comprehensive surveying services to support Studio D4 in delivering the Mangawhai Hills Stage 1 subdivision, comprising 80 residential lots. This significant project involved a range of complex surveying challenges, including boundary definition, staged subdivision requirements, and coordination with multiple project stakeholders. Our team worked closely with the wider consultant group to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery throughout the project. It was a rewarding development to be involved with from commencement through to completion.
