We are pleased to announce that, as of 1 April 2023, Barry Satchell Consultants (BSCL) has welcomed a new Director Jake McKenzie.
Jake McKenzie is a Senior Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, with vast experience in a multitude of surveying and land development projects and joined the company in 2016, moving up to an Associate level to assist with managing the Barry Satchell office Survey team. Jake has consulted in a large number of urban, rural and unit title developments throughout Auckland, from purchase feasibility, negotiation of subdivision and other resource consents, topographical surveying, civil works design, civil and building set-out, through to the issue of new titles.
Jake is known for his pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach, providing practical advice to land owners and developers to maximize their investment potential and enjoys providing his clients with a faster and smarter result.
